2. A Structured Program

The program is 3 x 1 hours face to face sessions of hypnotherapy, counselling and NLP.

The sessions can either be 3 x 1 hours or a single 3 hour session in person in Sydney CBD, Skype/Zoom is also available if taking the 3 x 1 hour option. The 3 x 1 hour option can be spaced between 3 and 10 days apart.

Over the past 15+ years of clinical practice I have helped 100s of people with their health and motivation issues on the hypnotherapy program.

I know from years of clinical experience that hypnotherapy can be a very effective treatment in helping to recondition the subconscious to change the way you think and feel.

I recommend a minimum of three sessions. Hypnotherapy is not a long term treatment and usually most issues can be resolved on average in three to seven sessions. In some cases people will require extra sessions or booster sessions if there are other issues involved. Your individual needs become known once the treatment commences.

The program is individualised to your specific needs and addresses your personal issues. The treatment is tailored and can address all aspects of weight, health and eating.
