The program is 3 x 1 hours face to face sessions of hypnotherapy, counselling and NLP.
The sessions can either be 3 x 1 hours or a single 3 hour session in person in Sydney CBD, Skype/Zoom is also available if taking the 3 x 1 hour option. The 3 x 1 hour option can be spaced between 3 and 10 days apart.
